Under the British and their subsequent administrative systems, the rulers who have been imposed upon the Muslim Ummah are almost all either directly appointed by them or have taken the scepter of rule by giving a bond that they will govern people according to their guidance.

The desired life for Muslims given by Allah will never be achieved by these secular and nationalist rulers. Rather, they will make all arrangements to impose the life structure created by the West upon the Muslims.

They will continue to try to govern Muslims while keeping the secular structure intact and will gradually try to destroy Muslim defense, whether it is social or military.
Therefore, the first duty for the Muslim Ummah is to free themselves from the subjugation of such rulers and to appoint as rulers those who are true believers and trustworthy in matters of religion and faith from among the Muslim Ummah themselves.

This is the fundamental issue. But since this rule and these rulers are sitting on top of us, and even if we want to, we are unable to get out of here by force, should Muslims now, in order to protect their lives and property, protect their Dawah work, and reach their desired goals, completely stop interacting with such rulers, stop enjoining good and forbidding evil, and stop coordinating with them to achieve the apparent overall welfare of the Muslim Ummah?

In this case, the brief word is that our behavior towards rulers who govern with a secular life system will be one of caution and distrust.

Caution means, when obtaining any worldly benefit from them, one must be cautious. So that they cannot use this worldly interest to make us their subordinates or accomplish their objectives.

And distrust means, in any matter concerning the religion and the overall interests of Muslims, we will distrust them until they implement the work. For example, declaring such and such a sect as infidels, saying we will do nothing against religion if we come to power, or going into the company of scholars, etc.

As long as our perception regarding such rulers appointed by these imperialists does not become clear, we will continue to wander aimlessly in the wilderness of Tih like the Children of Israel. But we will not find any direction. We will not regain our self-respect.

Then we will have to spend all day having these round-table meetings, on how we can live with our heads held high in society. But that head will never be held high again. We will have to live as objects of pity for a few irreligious people in society.
